- One filming day, from Thursday evening until Friday midday or sunset, or from Friday sunset until Saturday midday or sunset, coordinated with your event
- Full coverage of the artists, the crowd, the site and the atmosphere throughout the filming hours
- Drone filming
- FPV filming
- One main aftermovie up to 2 minutes long
- Psychedelic, creative editing that matches the festival's vibe
- A visual story built on the filming days included in the package
- An extra reel or teaser, 25 to 30 seconds long
- Selected, edited clips ready to post on social media
We set the filming days and the start and end times with your production in advance.
Terms & conditions
- Final deliverables are delivered within 30 business days of the event.
- The offer includes up to 2 reasonable rounds of revisions.
- Rounds of revisions don't cover changing the music, the concept or the film's structure, and they don't cover editing the film again from scratch.
- The music is approved with your production before editing starts. Once the music is approved and editing has begun, the track can't be swapped and no new edit based on different music can be requested.
- Drone and FPV filming depends on the weather, safety limits, regulation and the permits required.
- Delivered raw footage and video include selected clips only, not everything filmed during the event.
- Raw footage is kept for 30 days from delivery of the deliverables. After that there's no commitment to keep it.
- Your production is responsible for entry passes, filming permissions, access to the relevant areas and any other approval required.
- Late approval of revisions or late feedback from your production may affect delivery times.
- Copyright in the raw footage and the edit stays with the creator. The client receives a full licence to the project deliverables for the festival and its marketing, subject to the rights of third parties.
- PLUR Films may use the deliverables in its portfolio, website, social channels and marketing, subject to the approvals required.
